Why is this here?

Patient 420 is a UK registered medicinal cannabis user. Suffering with continual lower back pain and nerve pain in the left leg after sciatica, he turned to medical cannabis rather than a daily routine of pain pills.

He became a medical cannabis patient in June 2026 and has found immediate comfort, pain relief and more restful nights. Currently registered with Medicann, he has access to flower, vapes, pastilles, concentrates and ingestible oils.

The UK medical cannabis landscape seems fairly vast, there are multiple growers from across the globe whose product ends up in our prescriptions. Cultivar’s change with grow cycles and it can be difficult to know where to start.

This website was Patient 420’s idea to collate his experiences (and try and remember them) to help him make better prescription decisions as he continues his journey with medical cannabis.
